How we approach a repair
Most appliance problems are small when caught early and straightforward to fix when caught at all. Our technicians arrive in uniform, listen to what the appliance is actually doing, and run through a structured diagnostic before anything comes apart. Once we find the root cause, you get a flat written quote that covers parts and labor, and no work begins until you say yes.
If a repair does not make sense, we will say so. Dropping a four hundred dollar part into a unit that is near the end of its useful life is not helpful to anyone. When the repair does make sense, we prefer to finish it the same visit so your day can move on.
Where we work
Home base is Lubbock. Beyond the city, we run regular routes to Wolfforth, Shallowater, Idalou, Slaton, New Deal, and the communities in between. Our vans are on local roads every day, so we tend to know the kitchens, the laundry rooms, and the appliance packages that are common in each part of the South Plains.
What we do not do
We are an appliance repair shop, and that is the full list. We do not sell new appliances, we do not install HVAC systems, and we do not take on plumbing work beyond the supply and drain lines attached to your appliances. Staying narrow is how we stay good at the thing we are actually paid to do.
